I had some issues with a new boat I purchased from them. It was a manufactures problem and needed to go back to the manufacture to be resolved. Custom Marnine did the right thing in making sure it didn't cost me anything including transportation to the manufacture and the issues were resolved. It took slightly longer than I would have liked, but I believe it was handled properly.
The only show in town
I ordered and purchased a new Sportsman through custom marine. Super easy and convenient process. I did have two small warranty issues on the boat itself after delivery but these guys were quick to make sure that things were taken care of. I would recommend them for your next purchase!
